Refund policy

We understand that online shopping can be difficult and are happy to accept your return. Here are our rules when you want to return your order.
If you choose for a voucher as a refund, the costs of returning are free. The voucher has no end date and is valid on the whole webshop. *only for The Netherlands

*If there is something wrong with your order you need to let us know within 48 hours after receiving your order by emailing to support@lunaswimwear.nl with a description and picture. Also include your order number.
Return policy
Our policy is valid for 14 days. This means that you can return your product within 14 days after the arrival of your order. We don't accept returns that have not been registered through our return portal.
Return condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (free of stains, deodorant, sweat or any other substance), unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, hygiene strip, in polybag and in its original packaging. (Make sure to try on swimwear over your own underwear. For hygiene reasons, we may refuse returns of items if it is clear that this has not been done)
!!!! Important: make sure that the right bikini has been put back in the right ziplock bag. The barcode on the tag of the bikini should MATCH with the barcode on the ziplock bag. Otherwise we will refuse your return.
Costs of return
The costs of the return shipment are for the customer. You can pay for the costs in the return portal. The costs are free if you choose for a voucher. Within The Netherlands these costs are €7,95. Take a look at this page for the international costs of other countries.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you have received a damaged item, please contact us at support@lunaswimwear.nl within 48 hours after receiving the item. Send us your name, order number and picture(s) of the damage. Faulty items do not include those that have already been worn. We will contact you and help you in the best way possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Any item that is not in its original condition or damaged;
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery;
- Any item that is returned without hang tag.
- Any item that is returned without polybag
- Any item that is bought in sale
Exchanges
Unfortunately we can not exchange your items. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will process your refund within 14 business days after receiving your return. You will receive a confirmation email from us once we have processed your return. You will receive your refund in the same account with which you placed the order. Please keep in mind that it may take a few working days after you have received the confirmation email from us before the refund is actually reflected in your bank account. We are not responsible for lost return packages. We will not reply on emails about refunds before the 14 business days mark.
